Personal Data Processing Policy
As the personal data processing controller (hereafter “Controller”), Sgambaro S.p.A. provides this policy to the data subject in accordance with European and Italian personal data protection regulations.
Processing purpose and legal basis
Sgambaro S.p.A. does not send newsletters: the Controller processes the personal data transmitted through this form only for the purpose of replying to the requests sent, for example to obtain information on products or services (including the transmission of the company’s brochure, the catalogue and/or other informational material), to get a quote, etc.: no consent is requested, as the data is processed to reply to these requests.
Data storage period
If any information is requested, the data will be processed for the time needed for a reply; if instead a quote is requested, the data will be processed for up to double the period of time for which the offer is valid, barring additional storage for the time required for the settlement (which is achieved in any case) of any disputes that may arise.
Type of data provided and consequences in the event of refusal
The provision of data is strictly correlated to the use of the contact form and is therefore required to transmit the request for information: indeed, failure to provide it will prevent us from supplying the information requested.
Data recipients and categories of recipients
The Controller shall not disclose the data, but intends to transmit them to internal figures authorised to process it due to their respective duties, as well as to professionals or service companies and public and private bodies, also following inspections and verifications.
If these recipients process data on behalf of the Controller, they will be appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal act.
Data transfer to another country and/or an international organisation
Personal data will not be transmitted to third non-EU countries or to international organisations.
Rights of data subjects
Data subject are entitled to ask the Controller for access to their personal data or correct it if inaccurate, delete it or limit its processing on legitimate grounds, as well as to obtain the portability of data personally transmitted.
To exercise their rights, data subjects can use the form available here and send it to the Controller at email@example.com. The data subject is also entitled to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority, the Italian Personal data protection Watchdog (www.garanteprivacy.it).
